It's finally happening!



Hello dear Readers!


Firstly, thank you for taking the time to stop by and check out my newly rebuilt site. It really means a lot to me.


I can hardly believe that we will be starting a new year soon. Despite struggling with living with an ongoing pandemic, I am so grateful to get to celebrate another holiday season with you. The events of the previous 2 years have led me to re-evaluate what was truly important to me and to redefine the purpose of creating this blog.


During my hiatus from this project (which I attempted to start in 2018), I was struggling with my health and was in the process of completing a masters program in human nutrition and functional medicine - all while trying to balance it with a full time job and being present for my family and friends. Needless to say, something had to be put on the back burner. Unfortunately, it was KWOK EATS.


And then, the pandemic hit during the last year of my masters program. By this time, I was just starting to get a handle on my health journey and saw the benefits of the changes that I had made. I had also started working with a health and wellness coach who helped me unpack a lot of baggage, which ultimately allowed me to be here - building a space to share my story and to help others gain a different perspective on their journeys. KWOK EATS is a space where we can travel together and learn how food and nutrition can be used to support conventional measures in striving for better health and wellness.
